A quick call or email will help us confirm you are ready for seasonal services. We value our customers and do our best to accommodate everyone. However, due to our constantly changing schedule, we unfortunately can not promise any specific dates or times to clients. We tentatively schedule spring installs by client majority per lake.

* We must wait until ALL ice melts on the ENTIRE lake to start seasonal services on a lake.*

Once we complete your service, we will send an invoice via email or mail if no email is provided.

No, due to frequent changes in our schedule it is very difficult for us to contact each client prior to seasonal installation or removal. Our goal is to get everyone taken care of in a professional and timely manner.

Clients are not required to be on-site during seasonal services. We have professional dock crews trained to handle each job efficiently. Additional services may require a client to be present. We schedule extra services individually, and clients will receive notice during the scheduling process if they need to be on-site during a visit.

Once you have a specific date for your boat delivery, we will get you on the schedule for the canopy installation. We can only install your canopy if your boat is on the lift. No exceptions; thank you for your cooperation.

To avoid scheduling miscommunications and disappointments we ask that you wait until your lift is in the water to schedule your boat delivery.

The time frame for fall services varies from lake to lake. Please review your contract to determine the specific time frame for your fall removal services.
